今天带客人去纽约法拉盛看房啦!预算在60万以内,我们挑了几处不错的房源。
首先去了飞龙超市附近的一栋楼,这里有两个朝南的一房户型。一楼A户型面积701平方尺,没有阳台,价格是58.6万美元。二楼和七楼的A户型面积稍小,597平方尺,二楼没有阳台,七楼有25平方尺的阳台,价格分别是53.4万美元和60.6万美元。这栋楼的优点是闹钟取静,离植物园和公园都很近,户型方正,高楼层阳光充足。不过缺点是没有室内洗衣机烘干机。
接下来是辽宁饭店附近的一栋楼,这里有一房的三个户型。户型A面积490平方尺,阳台40平方尺,价格是57.324万美元。户型B面积435平方尺,阳台同样40平方尺,价格是51.153万美元。户型C面积460平方尺,阳台40平方尺,价格是53.958万美元。这栋楼的缺点是一房户型朝向西北,不适合需要在家办公的客人,因为阳光无法直射进来。

Today I took a client to Flushing, New York, to look at properties! With a budget under $600,000, we picked out several great options.
First, we visited a building near Feilong Supermarket, which has two south-facing, one-bedroom units. Unit A on the first floor is 701 square feet, has no balcony, and is priced at $586,000. Units A on the second and seventh floors are slightly smaller, at 597 square feet. The second floor has no balcony, while the seventh floor has a 25-square-foot balcony. They are priced at $534,000 and $606,000, respectively. The advantages of this building are its quiet location, proximity to the Botanical Garden and parks, and the square-shaped units and high-rise floors offer ample sunlight. However, the disadvantage is that there are no in-unit washers and dryers.
Next, we visited a building near the Liaoning Hotel, which has three one-bedroom units. Unit A is 490 square feet with a 40-square-foot balcony and is priced at $573,240. Unit B is 435 square feet with a 40-square-foot balcony and is priced at $511,530. Unit C is 460 square feet with a 40-square-foot balcony and is priced at $539,580. A drawback of this building is that this one-bedroom unit faces northwest, making it unsuitable for those who need to work from home because it blocks direct sunlight.
